Bug flags
Add flag columns to the bug table using Ctrl + ] or clicking "..." button
in the top right corner of the table. You can view flags of an individual bug in the bug details view.
Edit flags in New Bug and Edit Bug dialogs or right from the table using Right Click | Edit Flags.
Search for flags using Search | New Query using simple conditions on Flag Type, Flag Setter, or Flag Requestee.
You can also specify several conditions, such as flags of specific type set by specific people using Flags condition.
Attach files and screenshots when creating bugs
Capture a screenshot, edit and attach it directly from New Bug window.
To add screenshot to an existing bug, you may paste or drag-and-drop an image on it, and screenshot editor will appear.
Note that you can now Undo and Redo your changes in the screenshot editor.
Similarly, it is possible to attach a file while creating an bug.
Clickable links to comments, attachments and emails
Navigate to comments, open attachments, and create emails with a single click on Bugzilla-style references in description, comments, and large text fields.
Quick as-you-type navigation
Run Search | New Query or press F3, select Reporter and focus the list on the right using Alt + Click or Ctrl + Click.
Start typing any part of the reporter name, and the first matching item will be selected. Use arrows to navigate to the next or previous matched name.
Use this feature in any list to quickly locate the desired item. For example, in the last scenario you could start typing "Re" to select Reporter in the "Constraint type" list.
Recent items
After you have chosen a value in any editor, including New Bug, Edit Bug and Create Query, Deskzilla will hint you next time you open them with your last selected items.
Simplified interface
We have reworked the interface in numerous places to make it easier to use and redesigned the main menu to make it more logical.
Avoiding illegal values
New Bug and Edit Bug windows now check for illegal values and warn if you try to upload or save them.
Message panel
If Deskzilla needs to tell you something about a bug, it shows it in the new message panel found below the bug viewer. If something goes wrong, don't panic! Deskzilla will offer appropriate actions to deal with the problem.

NB: After bugs are edited with drag & drop, they are not uploaded automatically.
Use Connection | Upload Changes or F6 to upload all changed bugs, and

NB: You can also use Copy and Paste instead of Drag and Drop.
